The project is a collaboration between the Taichung City Government and Far EasTone Telecommunications, aiming to assist the Precision Machinery Technology Innovation Park in Taichung City in implementing a smart water resource management system. The project also incorporates 5G technology to enhance the efficiency of park governance, safety management, and water quality, ultimately achieving goals related to smart management, service innovation, and energy conservation.
Currently, industrial parks face challenges related to time-consuming and labor-intensive equipment maintenance. There is an urgent need to establish monitoring and sustainable development strategies while strengthening disaster prevention and safety protection measures. Therefore, the realization of a smart industrial park has become a crucial focus for park development. Far EasTone, as a key member of the project, is responsible for the construction and subsequent operation of the comprehensive environmental monitoring system and platform. Through real-time remote monitoring and automatic fault reporting systems, Far EasTone assists the city government in gaining full control over park operations, providing the best water environment for park factories.
In addition, Chiper Technology contributes to the project by establishing a CCTV AI image analysis and AI warning model. Through artificial intelligence prediction and warnings, real-time information is provided to management units, helping them make informed decisions. This project aims to enhance overall operational efficiency in the park through technological innovation, while simultaneously achieving multiple goals related to environmental protection, energy conservation, and safety management.
